CHARLES LAFORGE
Where do I start? Well with the most important of course. The most important to me is the wonderful life I share with my girlfriend Audrey. I used to think it only happened in movies but I now know otherwise. I fell in love with this beautiful girl the day I laid eyes on her. I knew then she was the woman I would spend the rest of my life with... I still know. I feel so close to Audey I believe the only way we will get closer is by uniting in matrimony. We both want to share this love with children. I love you Audrey.
I currently work for the Ministry of the Solicitor General and Correctional Services in North Bay, Ontario. I have been working there part-time and on contracts since last summer. I am a levvel 3 Data Technician and some of my responsibilities included help desk support, electronic monitoring and mainframe assistance. The data center will close its door in September. It really doesn't matter to me because I'm doing another year of school.
I have just graduted from the two year Electro Mechanical Engineering Tecnician program at Canadore College. It is more commonly refered to as Robotics Technician. Previous To that I attended Northern College to study Computer Science. It wasn't for me and I only completed the first year. In September I will be returning to Canadore to take the Process Control course. It is an addition to the Robotics program. I wish I could stay in school forever; I have crave information. Unfortunatly that is not possible so if you, or someone you know has a position for me please drop me a line. You can also take a look at my resume a little further down this page.
I have been spending alot of time lately building and flying model rockets. Budgetary issues have put my rocketry projects on hold for a short while so I had to find something else to do. I always told myself I would never put up a personal web site but... here I am. I can't seem to stop this. This new look came about less than one month after creating my first site. I didn't like the apperance of the old pages so I chose this design instead. After a short while i discovered Javascript and other neat HTML things... I'm hooked!
Well I have bored you long enough for now. Check back often as I will be updating this stuff as I go.
